PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES The purpose of Honduras 2007…is to invite high school students to live the love of Jesus Christ in Honduras through serving and learning. The objectives for Honduras 2007 are to: a. connect and support a local church family b. connect and support that church's neighborhood c. receive from these experiences and relationships the valuable lessons of increasing our awareness of who God is and how He works d. receive from these experiences and relationships the valuable lessons in appreciating the significance of God's role in our lives and in the world e. receive from these experiences and relationships the valuable lessons in letting go to the Lordship of Christ |
