* We will travel to the airport as a team in a bus with our luggage in order to arrive in time for group check-in. Yes, it's early!

As you know, airport security does not allow non-ticketed guests into the terminal. Family/friends can come to the airport while we check-in our bags if they want. However, final goodbyes are suggested to be @ the office before the bus leaves.

Please make travel arrangements from the airport to your home for after we've arrived back in Minneapolis on July 14. We will NOT be returning back to Westwood together in a bus.

It is easier for us to contact you than it is for you to contact us. The rule of thumb… “No news is good news.” In other words if we need to contact you we will have a satellite phone and local telecommunications access to call out. If you haven’t gotten “the call” you so dreadfully fear…then sleep well ‘cuz we’re gonna be fine. It is NOT, however, as easy to call in.
