I am now writing from a mall in Tegucigalpa. Both groups have now met together at the brand new Marriott Hotel in Tegucigalpa. We are now in the process of debriefing and telling each other about our journies in the past week. Both groups were immensely blessed and have much to tell!

As for the Tegucigalpa group, we successfully made it through the trip with no one getting sick besides a stomach here and there from the bumpy Honduran roads.

Al says that everything went great with the Santa Cruz group, they are all doing well and glad to have taken a warm shower! Tomorow morning after breakfast at the Hotel we are going to the Valley of The Angels to shop
and have lunch. Also, tomorow (Tuesday) morning, Amy Pluth and I (Scott Anderson) are going to be meeting our sponsored boys from Compassion International!! We will be with them from 9:30 until 3, and we are really excited. Talk to you soon!

Today is saturday and everything is going great!

We are now at Peniel, and today we are going to be painting tonight and tomorow morning there will be church services and we are all looking forward to those. The weather hasn´t been very Honduran but its okay. everyone is very healthy and we are having a great time.

We spent time yesterday with the children at Peniel and it was a lot of fun, we remember many of the children from last year and they are growing fast.


July 7th

Hello, everything is going VERY well here in Tegucigalpa. We didn´t know this but we are staying at a different church until friday and then from friday until the end of the trip we are at the church we stayed at last time. The church we are at now is very nice and we are each staying with different families. Their houses are really nice and they are treating us very well. Everyone is feeling great and we are having a lot of fun!!! We are helping run a vacation bible school in the morning and going to different places for the rest of the day. It was really cool meeting these new people, almost all of them speak fluent english. We will miss them very much. i will write again when i have the chance, but it may be more difficult until we get to the other church. God bless!
